2009.11.11 Tests of EEMC geometry, version 6.1

Monte-Carlo setup:

Ecalgeo V6.1

Plot of reconstructed energy/input energy as a function of input energy - comparing cvs version with version 6, version 6.1 and version 6.1 with pure lead.  The replacement for pure lead means

Electron asymmetry

The goal is to obtain non-photonic electron asymmetry. To get there, various asymmetries need to be calculated, namely:

Monte-Carlo setup:

dE/dx cut, efficiency and electron purity

One of the electron id cut is the dE/dx cut. Unlike the other cuts, the efficiency of this cut is calculated from data instead of simulation.

Motivation:  Verify compatibility of MC signal W events with real background events (zerobias) before embedding begins.
