Scalers -- Acc-Mul Correction Factors vs. Instantaneous Luminosity

Using JP2 trigger luminosity values from Jamie's luminosity tracker, I've plotted the correction factors vs. instantaneous luminosity for scaler detectors during Run12 & Run13 500 GeV.

Last time I proposed to calculate signal/bkg. fraction run-by-run. Since now the raw asymmtries is caluclated fill-by-fill, here I compare the signal/bkg.

According to June 5th, II GPC meeting, we analyze the global and primary tracks. In current paper status, we use the primary track. Now we are going to see how is the global track.
