Matching of hits in the preshower with clusters in the FMS

The transverse position of FMS and preshower is normalized to z=1 m.

Configured the IPMI interface for KVM over the network on the new trgscratch machine and started a SL 6.4 installation using the long unused rts03.starp.bnl.gov IP address temporarily.
