Purpose:  To identify    inconsistencies/ non-linearities/asymmetries  of observables ( detector observables) during the production runing period.

Method : Average observable values per RUN to identify outliers , separatly for each trigger (L2BW, L2EW)

Obsevables should check :

TPC :

             2) Track <PT>
             3) Track <max PT>
             4) <Ntrack >,  <N vertex>
             5) .....

BTOW, ETOW :
             1) Tower <ɸ>
             2) Tower <ET>
             3) Tower <max PT>
