Items for this Friday's meeting are:

1) Hao Qiu has prepared an informal presentation on his
analysis of the single-thinned chip survey with the new
CMM machine, optical probe. I asked him to present it to
the group. We also had the chance at LBL to discuss a bit
about the geometry structures in detail were I promised to
provide some details on previous SVT work and details/examples
    on structures we use.

2) Jonathan made some progress (timing)  and managed to fix some bugs
    in reconstruction with new geometry.

Other Items:

a) Flemming provided some prelim drawings of the beam pipe. They are good
    to be used for modeling.

b) I talked to H.W. about big chunks of mass still missing from modeling. Some of
his feedback is posted on the action-items of Geometry-review page:
http://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/event/2012/03/09/hft-software/round-table-discussion-action-items-defined-20

c)  I talked to H.M. (with J.T and M.L) about a plan for SSD ladder survey at LBL.
Ladder(s) are stuck in customs on their way to LBL, not for long I hope.
We all have an understanding about what need to be done.

d) I had a discussion with Xin on the Offline structures/needs. There is
a multitude of structures we need to touch or build from scratch and
    associated issues like:
    1) StEvent Hit containers -> move away from RnD to PXL, IST etc
with proper structure, e.g. instead of layer, ladder, pixel have sector,
ladder, pixel for PXL etc. The same for StMcEvent containers
    2) Hit info on Tracks. make sure it is done properly, e.g. possible # hits
    3) Is current MuDst info sufficient? We have made proposal to modify
and update the info (+Evaluation, minimc info). Need to finalize/implement.
We both agreed/emphasized the use of Dcageometry info in HF reconstruction
as well as Kalman fitters (minimum work is needed to fully deploy this).
    4) Slow/Fast simulators: Move final scheme/products in place of current
         short-cut one.
This is the road map more or less, also by looking at the overall execution flow
of software.

e) There are two reviews coming up we need to keep in mind:
   i) One review for software/procedure that connects metrology to geometry
structures in the Db. This is going to happen in about a month from now.
By then we need to have the test-sector CMM data taken (this is a
     pre-requisite for the review).
ii) Track Alignment structures/procedures in place (prototype run etc). This
will happen sometime in the Fall.
