The following changes to the STAR bylaws are proposed to address three separate matters noted below.

I tried to enter the pythia settings, but the part of the form disappears when I fill in other parts of the document (this has been a longstanding issue for me). So I do not know if the pythia settings survived or not. If not, please take them from the attached document.

This file also contains the run numbers for the real data.

There are two aspects of the request, which couldn't be addressed in the form below (in addition, the small issue that the collision energy should be 510 GeV, not 500 GeV)

1. The pythia version is 6.4.28

2.. The following table gives the events in each partonic pT bin:
