PWGC questions collected before the meeting:

- production/calibration status
- picoDst - Status of the PicoDst format and time line to get it fully used, (Comment: it should be as much independent on the current Star Software. Otherwise, the idea of PicoDST is getting lost.)
- How much the new software is ready for the new detectors EPD, iTPC, CBM TOF.
- chain options to use to produce Pythia+STARSIM, Pythia embedded in zero bias events for particular runs
- Can we make Star Software portable and compilable on the other systems (institutional farms and personal machines)?
- Some makefiles and examples for the general and wide-used codes like MuDST and upcoming PicoDST, xml launching scripts (examples for submissions to STAR and PHENIX nodes).

Conclusion: It is not a must have a list of 100% final physics conclusions in the paper proposal for the PWGC preview. (It does need to have an "outline of physics issues to be addressed in the paper". Conveners can ask questions about and comment on physics conclusions during the preview. We won't ask for any change to the STAR policies at this time.
The BulkCorr and LFSUPC conveners agreed that the LFSUPC will be the primary PWG for the FXT paper proposal.

2) Status of SQM talks - several talks were not signed off yet by the corresponding PWG conveners, Grigory explained the status of some of the BulkCorr talks. ZY asked the conveners to look at Wangmei's overview talk and sign off on the corresponding parts
3) 2014 Au+Au 200 GeV low/mid_lumi HT2+HT3 reproduction without HFT - Kolja explained the motivation of the reproduction. There was a question on how much disk space is needed. The reply is it is unclear but this data reproduction corresponds to about 100-120M events, and is essential for planned jetcorr analyses. No objection from the audience. 
4) 2017 d+Au 20 and 39 GeV picoDst reproduction without VPD Vz cut -  It is agreed these picoDst will be reproduced, but not emergent. Discussions were also on how to prevent this kind of issues take place again. The suggestions were 1. early Q&A by PWGs 2. approval of picoDst settings before hand
5) AOB -  Wlodek asked the status of the RP-UPC Run16 AuAu data production. Frank said that he noted the S&C. This will be followed up in the next Joint S&C and PWGC meeting planned for late July.
