SVT Ladder weighting exercise

Abstract: We estimate prompt photon yields in the endcap for 4.3 pb-1 of data.

03/01 :
add protection in StSsdEmbeddingMaker for when no ssdhit table is found.
And in St_spa_Maker because then no sls_strip from StssdEmbeddingMaker is produced.

Endcap Tower + SMD + Track cuts for photon identification.

As promised, here is a first-pass set of cuts utilizing track information, and attempting to make more use of the SMD than the previous suite of cuts.

Comparison with Cross Sections

Abstract:  We cross check prompt-photon yields against "known" cross sections, based on pythia expectations.  The extracted yields are found to be within a factor of two
