TPC QA check
1/21/2019
Looking at recent data taking with full tpc. Looked at run021038 with the online tpcBuilder. Notice a few pecularities.
Many(most) of the charge distribution plots (vs time) for TPC has a large spike at ch 20
example
Sector 4 and 22 are quite bad in regard to adc distribution . Pedestal determination. previously the sector 4 had oscilitory pattern in ADC.
You can check going back into the shiftlog plots
The sector 4 problem was traced to a single pad. row#72 pad#110 which hadveadc counts of ~0,~70 and ~900-1024 for all time bins up to ~440
The sector 22 issue is row 56 (56-27 in tpx row#) and pad 71, which has adc~283 to 285 for all timebins
After masking out the two pads in sector 4 and 22 the plots looks good
Note that I also required tb>30 for TPX.
