Dear Councilors,

As mentioned in my earlier message, following the discussions at the Council meeting and at the Townhall session of Collaboration meeting, I have prepared a letter to the BNL management asking on behalf STRA Council to endorse officially the continuation of the STAR program after the BES-II phase. The draft is now posted in our July meeting Drupal area and is available here:

Please read the letter carefully, and let me (us all)  know if you have any comments. I have listed all STAR Council Institutions in the prepared draft; if you do NOT endorse the request or are  not interested in STAR prospective program post 2021, please let me know by _August 1^st, 2018_ to remove your Institution name from the letter.
