This is what I saw as far as clock jitter looking at the front panel out from the TCD card for BTOW.

Time Interval Jitter:

I used the RCC out from the slave RCC for the time interval jitter.

The jitter does increase from 1.9ns to 1.5ns --> 1 to 2 ns. But, this is not as severe as what Jack saw looking at the trigger data.

I also compared / checked the +/- clock out on the west and east side of the fan-out box. I did not see any issues there.
