RHICBOS AL prediction for Transverse Mass

Below are some model predictions for asymmetry A_L as a function of lepton pT and transverse mass mT.  This was done to see if there is any advantage to plotting vs one variable or another.

The figure above is a baseline for comparison to mT and previous studies.

Summary:  It looks like the predicted size of the asymmetry for A_L(lepton pT) or A_L(mT) is about the same.
