We've opted to remove the bin-by-bin comparison from the systematic uncertainty calculation, and I realized I was summing the individual systematic uncertainties incorrectly.  The three plots below show the systematic uncertainty band after summing the uncertainties incorrectly and removing the bin-by-bin comparison.
