Attached is a draft of the Policies for the Publication and Presentation of STAR Results that contains modifications to address issues raised by various collaborators.  The proposed mofidications are shown in RED text.  (NOTE: this RED color is the same as the section headings but NONE of the sections headings have been altered.  I apologize for any confusoin.)

20.  (The changes here are mostly to rewrite the contents of the existing "Policies" but organizing the issues in a more coherent and logical fashion.  Redundancies and out-dated policy statements have been removed.  The addition of authors that are not on the STAR Author List is addressed by specifying the method and the approval process.)
