I'm noticing something disturbing in how I've been reading scaler files from board 11 and board 12.  The inputs to these boards are the same as in Run 6, so I should be able to use the same code to extract the PMT information from bits 0 - 15, to read out the inner tiles.  However, something weird happens.

When I look at the intensity versus bx7 for a run in Run 6--namely 7097105--I get this plot:

Looks reasonable to me (I see the yellow and blue abort gaps for example).  But when I run the same code over last night's run, 10056162 board 12, I get the following:

The intensity fluctuates back and forth rapidly over the course of a bxing, which just looks wrong to me.

Possibilities:

1) Somehow the program I use for Run 6 is okay but is broken in Run 9, even though it's the same code and the same scaler inputs

2) Something very odd happened during this run last night,

3) ?
